Starting with a “Readiness Assessment” meeting that includes the relevant people and departments this produces a report that identifies actions needed to become compliant.  TSOG then progressively works through this alongside the organisation with as much or little ‘hand holding’ as is necessary to help the organisation complete its compliance actions and be prepared for 25^th May.
