The SENSE OF Group vision

David Peel and David Taylor came together with a shared vision of new approach to business performance coaching.

Our passion is working with people and organisations to achieve
great things with them and sharing in the enjoyment of their success

Both Davids use this as the basis of their approach to business performance coaching. Achieved by joining the insights and knowledge they have gained through extensive responsibility at board level with a number of diverse worldwide organisations, and delivered through a wealth of experience alongside specially selected sales training and business tools that add to this. This is embedded with onsite follow up and coaching in order to create driven individuals and teams.

It is about practical application rather than theoretical qualification.

David Taylor has put all of these tools into place following a career in the automotive sector delivering results at executive level on an international brand stage. Working with the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, BMW Group and Suzuki, his focus is about applying performance and delivering measureable results in business. He knows that embedding behaviours with individuals for a lifelong performance change delivers results in the long run. Interestingly David’s use of the processes described here has been applied in multi-cultural businesses where the development of a common approach and use of language was key in creating unified motivated individuals and business teams. His approach to lifelong learning delivers continuous development both with clients and personally.
David Peel started his working life as a teacher and although his commercial instincts drove him from this after 2½ years he has retained his passion for coaching and developing people with organisations ever since.   David has spent his career in SME’s in sales, management and director roles. Starting a sales career with Kellogg’s David joined Snickers Original Ltd as National Sales Manager to lead the launch of this premium range of Swedish work clothes into the UK.   An MBO added to David’s experience as he took on the joint MD role.   A period in general business consultancy was followed by 11 years in private healthcare across a range of sectors at senior management and board level. David is a Practitioner of NLP and brings a multi-faceted approach to his training and mentoring.
